Ashton Banks serves as the Client Services & Administrative Manager at Georgia Classic Pool, where she plays a central role in delivering seamless, high-touch service throughout the entire client journey. Ashton is often the first voice our clients hear—and the one making sure everything behind the scenes stays organized and on track.
She’s proactive, people-centered, detail-oriented—and deeply committed to creating a smooth, professional experience for every client we serve.
With over a decade of experience in project management, nonprofit leadership, guest services, and strategic communication, Ashton brings a rare combination of heart, precision, and professionalism. Her background includes leading philanthropic programs, managing logistics for national clinical research organizations, and elevating the guest experience at world-class venues like Walt Disney World and Live Nation.
At Georgia Classic Pool, Ashton manages lead intake, client communications, warranty service requests, and punch list tracking. She also supports our project scheduling, organizes invoices and documentation, and leads our social media and online presence—ensuring every touchpoint reflects the quality and care that defines our brand.
Ashton holds a Master’s degree in Business Design and Arts Leadership from SCAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Berry College. She is also a certified Project Manager through Coursera and an active member of the Canton community through organizations like Rotary International and Leadership Cherokee.
