This page isn’t about our company—that story is told throughout this website and across our social media. This page is simply about who I am.
First and foremost, I am a follower of Jesus Christ. My faith is the foundation of everything I do. It shapes how I lead, how I serve our clients, how I care for our team, and how I respond to life’s greatest challenges. I believe God owns it all, and I am simply a steward of the time, opportunities, and relationships He has entrusted to me.
I’m also a husband, father, and proud Pop Pop. My wife, Kim, and I have been married for more than 40 years, and she remains my greatest blessing and best friend. Together we’ve raised four incredible children—Ashley, Emily, Whitley, and Andrew—and have been blessed with ten amazing grandchildren. Nothing brings me more joy than spending time with my family. At the end of the day, they are my greatest accomplishment.
In 2024, life changed unexpectedly when I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, an aggressive blood cancer. At the same time, doctors also discovered a rare spinal tumor and later diagnosed me with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). What followed was the most difficult season of my life—radiation, chemotherapy, two stem cell transplants, major spinal surgery, countless hospital stays, and challenges I never imagined facing.
Yet through every setback, God remained faithful.
That journey strengthened my faith, deepened my gratitude, and forever changed my perspective. It reminded me that every day is a gift, every relationship matters, and every opportunity to serve someone else is a privilege.
Today, I am incredibly grateful to share that my multiple myeloma is in remission, my MDS has been eliminated, my spinal tumor has been successfully removed, and my doctors have confirmed 100% donor cells following my stem cell transplant. While I continue regular follow-up care, I thank God daily for His faithfulness and for the outstanding physicians, nurses, family, and friends who walked beside me throughout the journey.
One of God’s greatest gifts came just before my diagnosis. Kim and I spent 62 unforgettable days traveling across Europe, visiting nine countries, exploring 46 cities, and hiking more than 300 miles through some of the most beautiful places in the world, including the Swiss Alps and Northern Italy. Looking back, I see that trip as a precious blessing that we will cherish forever.
Professionally, I’ve spent my career building businesses and helping families create places where memories are made. Since founding Georgia Classic Pool in 2004, it has been an honor to help thousands of homeowners transform their backyards into beautiful outdoor living spaces where children grow up, families gather, and friendships flourish.

My Professional Journey
Before founding Georgia Classic Pool in 2004, I spent nearly 20 years working for Domino’s Pizza at the corporate level, where I led operations in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain across the Southeast. That experience shaped my understanding of leadership, process, and excellence. I learned how to build high-performing teams, manage complex systems, and uphold quality at every step.
In 2004, I stepped out in faith to help build something special—Georgia Classic Pool. What began as a small operation has grown into one of Georgia’s most respected design/build outdoor living firms. Our reputation has been built on hard work, integrity, craftsmanship, and personal service. I’ve had the privilege of working with great designers and overseeing countless high-end outdoor living projects, and each one reflects our team’s creativity and attention to detail.
One of my greatest passions is operations. I love being hands-on—working closely with our designers, understanding every project, and helping bring our clients’ visions to life. It’s never just about the pool; it’s about building lasting spaces that bring people together.
Today, Georgia Classic Pool continues to grow, but our purpose remains the same: to deliver exceptional work, honor our commitments, and treat each project like it’s our own home.

Responsible for company vision, design direction, client experience, operational oversight, and strategic growth. Under my leadership, Georgia Classic Pool has earned a strong reputation for excellence, integrity, and innovation in the high-end residential market.
Domino’s Pizza, Corporate – Southeast Region
Director – Distribution, Manufacturing & Supply Chain | 1985 – 2004
Served nearly 20 years in various leadership roles within Domino’s corporate operations. Oversaw regional food manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and logistics operations supporting hundreds of franchise locations. Led large teams, optimized supply chain performance, and implemented systems to improve product quality, delivery accuracy, and operational efficiency. This experience provided a strong foundation in team leadership, systems management, and customer-focused operations—principles that continue to guide my work today.

Vision & Leadership: I set the direction for our company with a focus on honoring God in how we work and serve others. I’m committed to leading a team that values integrity, quality, and craftsmanship.
Design Oversight: I stay involved with the Designer team on many projects, helping to ensure that each outdoor living space reflects the client’s dreams and the high standards we are known for.
Client Relationships: I value relationships above transactions. My goal is to make every client feel heard, cared for, and confident in the process from start to finish.
Business Strategy: I manage company growth and long-term strategy with an eye on sustainability, innovation, and creating a positive impact in the lives of our clients and team.
Team Development: I mentor and empower our staff to pursue excellence, support one another, and take pride in the work we do together. We’re not just building pools—we’re building something greater.
Personal Mission: After facing cancer and experiencing God’s grace through that season, I view each day as a gift. I bring that gratitude into my leadership and strive to use my role to make a difference—for my family, our clients, and everyone we encounter.
Legacy Focus: My hope is that the work we do leaves a lasting impression—of beauty, craftsmanship, and faith-driven purpose—long after the final stone is set.
